I have an extensive Design and Project Management background with over 25 years in the Retail, Leisure, Office Design and Residential Design and Construction sectors. I am a Certified Passive House Designer and have completed the AECB CarbonLite Retrofit training course. I also have a number of qualifications for retrofitting properties under PAS 2035. Retrofit Coordination and risk management, Retrofit Assessor, Energy Assessor, Retrofit of older and Historic buildings.
My aim is to help and support potential clients on their journey to designing and building a low energy home or retrofitting their existing home using Passive House principles. I am able to help both at the early pre-planning stages with design principals and also after planning if you already have a house design completed. I recognise that clients will come with differing experience of the design and build process and are likely to require varying levels of support. As such clients can use my services as much or little as they require to ensure a smooth Design and Build process.
